One of our key goals is to better serve remote regions of Quebec. It is therefore with great pride that we welcome a brand-new member into the Villages-relais network: the town of Natashquan, on the North Shore.

Founded in 1855 by settlers originally from the Havre-Aubert Island, Natashquan built its history through the fishing industry and through one of Quebec's most cherished cultural figures. Birthplace of renowned singer-songwriter and poet Gilles Vigneault, this small northern town has breathtaking landscapes that has inspired some of the most beloved songs in Quebec's cultural heritage.
Mr. X, Mayor of Natashquan, is proud to now be part of the Villages-relais network.

Ms. Ghislaine M. Hudon, President of the Fédération des Villages-relais, is delighted to now count on the community of Natashquan:
"Natashquan's arrival confirms the growth of our network and the importance of community involvement in our mission. We are proud to welcome Natashquan into our team."
We extend a warm welcome to the citizens and business owners of Natashquan, and hope that this new collaboration will be a source of inspiration for building new projects. We invite travelers and tourists to discover everything Natashquan has to offer on their next trip along the North Shore!
