Over the years, the popularity of travel in nomadic-adapted RV has grown into a true movement. There is now strong demand for spaces dedicated to these travelers with very specific needs. Especially for overnight parking areas.

When passing through a Village-relais, you may sometimes find some of these spaces as an added service. While their availability is encouraged among our members, it’s important to understand that it is an optional service offered by some Village-relais. To find the full list, please refer to the Plan your trip section.
To help ensure the continuing availability of these services, it’s important for users to follow best practices when using these spaces. We could give you a long, detailed list, but it all comes down to one simple principle: Act like a good neighbor and be respectful of your surroundings.
Several towns have posted regulation signs that clearly outline what users can and cannot do. We've provided above a fictional example of what these signs might look like. When you spot one, the first best practice is to take a moment to read it! Also, while it’s not always indicated, we encourage you to support local businesses in the village center and those who have signed our quality charter. It’s another great way to show your appreciation for these rest areas.
