The Saint-Frédéric Festival is an event organized in mid-August by a committee of young volunteers, with a program running from Thursday to Sunday that draws approximately 3,000 people. Since its revival two years ago, the team has focused on large-scale events to energize the community and attract visitors from across the region, through word of mouth and social media.
Located in Beauce, we passionately raise Mangalitsa and Berkshire pigs, two exceptional breeds, partly on free pasture, fed primarily on local fruits, vegetables, nuts and spent grains that we repurpose. This natural and varied diet, combined with sustainable practices, yields meat of unmatched tenderness and depth of flavour.
Goulet Blueberry Farm is located in Saint-Frédéric, just 45 minutes from the bridges. Come enjoy a complete experience at our farm stand, our dairy bar and our enormous play structure. For those who prefer it, you can purchase freshly picked fruit from the morning harvest. Courteous staff and a warm welcome await you.
