La Roche à Mailhot rend hommage à Modeste Mailhot, géant légendaire du Québec mesurant sept pieds quatre pouces et pesant 619 livres. En 1810, lors d'une corvée, il déplaça seul une énorme pierre qu'une équipe entière n'avait pu bouger. On peut voir cette roche aujourd'hui sur la route 132, à la sortie est de Deschaillons.

Rock climbing is a highly popular activity in Sainte-Émélie, attracting enthusiasts from various regions. An indoor bouldering wall has been erected at the Centre Jean-Antoine Leprohon and three outdoor cliff climbing sites have been developed in Sainte-Émélie, in partnership with the Club de montagne et d'escalade de Lanaudière.
The Colby-Curtis Museum is a project of the Stanstead Historical Society, founded in 1929. Today, the Society's collections are housed at the Colby-Curtis Museum, in a classical revival style villa built in 1859 by the Colby family.

Built in 1860 on the Décharge du lac Caribou stream, one of the most important tributaries of Lac Etchemin, the Beaudoin Mill served to grind grain for local farmers for over a century. It also included a sawmill upstream during part of its existence. Its mission is now to promote the development of arts and culture.
From this small rocky ridge, the nighttime landscape is breathtaking! Visitors are left in awe before the panoramic view of the village reflected in the bay and along the coastline. The site features interpretation panels, picnic tables and a parking area.
