Le Corridor des Nations (Fishing Bank sector)
In 2024, Paspébiac built a wooden footbridge leading to the Baie-des-Chaleurs. Along the path, 15 flags represent the nations from which the first settlers came, each accompanied by a plaque explaining the year of arrival and the origin of the family name. This project, which has won over the local community, combines the discovery of family roots with a healthy walk amid a stunning landscape.

Built in 1860 on the Décharge du lac Caribou stream, one of the most important tributaries of Lac Etchemin, the Beaudoin Mill served to grind grain for local farmers for over a century. It also included a sawmill upstream during part of its existence. Its mission is now to promote the development of arts and culture.
From this small rocky ridge, the nighttime landscape is breathtaking! Visitors are left in awe before the panoramic view of the village reflected in the bay and along the coastline. The site features interpretation panels, picnic tables and a parking area.

In 2006, the villagers donated more than 2,000 hours of volunteer work to restore it. Fortunately so! For today, the walls that witnessed the young Gilles Vigneault studying alongside the Landry, Bourgeois, Lapierre, Cormier, Carbonneau, and Hounsell families now house an exhibition on the work of Gilles Vigneault, the celebrated poet of Natashquan.

From Sainte-Émélie, cyclists have access to more than 100 km of cycling routes. Throughout the area, bike rides allow you to discover the landscape in a different way. Free parking is available at the town hall, at the starting point of the intersection of Routes 131 and 347. Picnic tables and a bike repair station are also available on site.

Le Club de motoneige du Fjord et Charlevoix serves the region by offering maintained trails in the heart of spectacular landscapes between the Fjord and the mountains. It is active in the Charlevoix-Bas-Saguenay region, often accessible through the FCMQ, with favorable snow conditions from December to April.
The Eldoma Rozon Promenade connects the Galeries de Maniwaki and the Château Logue hotel complex. It is lined with street lamps, hanging flower baskets, and flower boxes constantly maintained by the employees of Maniwaki.
